Come experience our elegantly simple brunch every Sunday at the Green Emporium in Colrain. Food is served between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The menu changes weekly on account of the chef’s whims and product availability. Many of the ingredients featured are acquired small Colrain producers. As you would expect everything is made in house, from scratch including the hollandaise sauce and baguettes we use for toast.
